All selected candidates are employed directly by the respective client organization.

2. Candidate Responsibilities

By submitting your resume or personal information to us, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful

• You have the legal right to share your personal and professional details

• You authorize us to share your profile with relevant employers

• You understand that selection decisions are made solely by the employer
  

THR is not responsible for employment decisions made by client organizations.

3. No Job Guarantee

Submission of resume, application, or interaction with our recruitment team does not guarantee:

• Interview calls

• Job placement

• Offer letter

• Employment
  

Hiring decisions are at the sole discretion of the employer.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client organizations engaging with THR agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions

• Conduct fair recruitment processes

• Make independent hiring decisions

• Comply with applicable labor and employment laws
  

THR is not responsible for employer conduct, compensation disputes, or workplace conditions.

5. Fees & Commercial Terms

Recruitment service fees are governed by separate commercial agreements between THR and client organizations.

Candidates are not charged any fees for recruitment services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

• Text

• Logo

• Branding

• Design elements

• Graphics
  

is the property of The Hiring Room and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THR shall not be liable for:

• Employment disputes

• Salary or compensation issues

• Workplace conflicts

• Employer misconduct

• Loss of opportunity

• Indirect or consequential damages
  

Our role is limited strictly to recruitment facilitation.
